The Path to Becoming a Private Pilot

The path to obtaining your private pilot certificate is a combination of FAA regulations, Testing, and flying. To make sure you are aware of all the requirements and the time commitment needed, we recommend you set up an appointment with Hangar 9 Aviation and spend time with our staff reviewing the details. Then we can develop a schedule with you to insure you meet your objective. There will be no charge for this meeting.
FAA requirements

You will need to fill out and submit the FAA Medical Form 8500-8 found at https://medxpress.faa.gov/
